do you have any member of your family that we have down syndrome?

I volenteered in a kindergarten vlassroom with down syndrome. Most of them where sweet. It was hard work. For some reason I am better at working with austistic kids than down syndrome kids. Then again I also hae been aroiund many autistic people.

My cousin has it, she is 22 now and such a sweet heart. She has a job and goes to school she is happy because she feels like she is like everyone else. And she is.

Luckily,nobody in my family has down syndrome,but i have seen two boys with this genetic disease in our hospital,one is nine years old and another is fifteen.both of them have small chin,oversized tongue,single transverse palmar,larger space between the big and sencend toes and lower congitive ablitity. unfortunately,down syndrome can not be cure tii now because of the physical genetic limitation.
