Do you know tomorrow is Chinese Valentine's Day?

Hello My friends,
I don't how many of you are from China, but tomorrow is Chinese Valentine's Day. Strange? No, as we have our lunar calendar, tomorrow is 7/7 according to our lunar calendar.
This Valentine day comes from a very beautiful love storys, but nowadays, young people celebrate valentine on 2/14, not many people celebrate 7/7, but we all know the stroies.

Hello Vivianchen,
I am a Chinese but I never know that 7/7 in lunar calendar is a Chinese Valentine day. And I never come across about the love story at all. I might need to ask my friends around. For us, we celebrate valentine day at 14 February every year. But we also celebrate Chine Valentine's day but it is on 15 January on lunar calendar, it is also know as Chap Goh May.

In Guangzhou, the department stores don't have the promotion for this festival. Perhaps this is not a very popular festival here. If you don't mention it, I even don't realize that tomorrow it is the Chinese Valentine's Day. Will you celebrate it?:) I hope you will have a good day!

Yes,some girl cried out " Valentines Day" is coming that morning ,but i feel it is nothing difference with others days because i don't have the girl i like ...
I don't know how many people are in the same status as me .Hope we can get to know those grils we disire next year .

I am a Chinese girl, and I know that tomorrow is Chinese Valentine's Day, which is a very important day to lovers. Just as you said, now not many people celebrate the lunar calendar Valentine's day, but I think it is a part of our traditional culture, it is also very important. Happy Valentine's Day!
