It was said that one is not allowed to put direct links here. so how do do you define direct links? http://ebooks300.com or www.3000freesoftwares.com or enjoybeautypictures.com which one is allowed? if the link is related to the question of the asker,still not allowed?

I think it's allowed if used as reference to something you just posted. But I think it is not allowed if you just put links just to get referrals, or to drive traffic to another site.
