Do you know anyone who has had swine flu?

A few colleagues at work have had swine flu and I am just recovering from it. Very few other people I know outside of work have had the illness. Have you had it or do you know many people who have? Have they been seriously ill or got over it OK? I think the varying symptoms are quite interesting, for example it affected my stomach very badly.
