Well hello all, I thought I would start this discussion on starting out in Mylot! I just started and I am so confused. How do you earn money? Where do you start? It's all just a little overwhelming to me. I think that there should be a buddy system started for new mylotters like me. Someone who has been a mylotter for awhile that knows the ropes can take a "newbie" under their wing and show them how to be successful. Maybe if enough of us get together, we can be a support system! How about it? Any thoughts or ideas? I am sure there are more of you out there that are just as confused as I am right now.:-)

I strongly recommend that new people here don't do posts for a while until they learn how Mylot works! When you post there are responsibilities that come with that, giving pluses and minuses, responding to every response and maybe making comments to the responder as we are doing here! If you go out and make a bunch of posts thinking your going to make money, this is wrong, you probably won't get many responses because you don't have many friends and you don't have a reputation yet! But if you happen to get a lot of responses to each post you could get over whelmed trying to respond to everyone. You follow me? So if you just do responses you can go at your own pace and see how others here do their responses, and try to make friends this is real important for your future here! Good luck if you follow these hints it will help you! tdemex

Thanks so much. I didn't know anything about the plus and minuses. Also, I didn't know you had to respond to everyone that makes a response. Is that one on the guidelines or rules? But as to not being popular or having many friends, sometimes you just have to put yourself out there and make the friends, and one way is to post discussions to see what kind of people you will attract! And you have to start somewhere :-) Thanks for you tips and hints though. Have a Blessed Day!

You can make good friends by doing good quality responses! The people who have been here a while are the ones you need to target. The other newbies do not know what's going on here either. Getting friends is easy getting good quality friends can be more difficult, I delete friends all the time for various reasons. If you don't want to heed my advise and try the fast way have at it! A lot of newbies do this and it a time consuming waste of time. The beat goes on! tdemex
