Most mornings if I am hungry I crave something salty, like a piece of toast with butter or eggs and bacon.
My mom is exactly the opposite. She wakes up in the morning craving sweet. A cinnamon bun, a juicy orange or something like that.
What do you crave in the morning? Salty, sweet, nothing at all?

I always crave for more sleep when I wake up. It's because I always lack sleep due to the nature of my business. I'm in the graveyard shift and it's really hard to sleep during the daytime.

My mornings wouldn't be complete without a mug of hot chocolate. I can already go through the morning with just that as breakfast.
Very seldom do I crave anything to go with my hot drink. But when I do, I usually settle for a slice of white bread with butter; a few pieces of baked, crunchy pretzels; or a small pack of salty biscuits :)

First thing in the morning, I NEED my coffee! My husband and I have a lovely, fresh espresso on our back verandah every morning while we read the papers - it's probably the best part of the day. I prefer not to eat anything as soon as I wake up - but sometimes have a muesli bar, or porridge in winter.

Hey bree! I usually don't crave anything in the morning! I
only used to eat in the morning when I was working! And then
it usually was something sweet that I would crave! I needed
the sugar to help me get some energy and wake up! That also
was when I used to drink coffee with milk and lots of sugar!
I sometimes would stop at McDonalds and have an actual breakfast
of eggs and ham or bacon. But, now I very rarely ever eat
breakfast except once in awhile if I am up early enough on
the weekends to make some for my boyfriend!
