Michael Jackson died to a lethal overdose - Was it an accident?

The verdict on MJ's autopsy is that he had been injected with a lethal dose of a drug called Proforol which is used as an anesthetic only in hospitals and in very carefully monitored conditions, and never in a home. So how did MJ get this drug? Was it the doctor who administered it to him and if so, was it an accident or what?
