I'm talking EVERYTHING! Workout DVD's (some Ive tried with success and others not), treadmill, weights. . . ANYTHING! What has worked for you? What hasn't? My fiance is using a workout DVD called SWAT, and to tell you the truth I'm seeing surprising results! She's lost about 20 lbs!

Here are the things that I use for exercise that have helped me to lose 30 pounds since February. I started out using my Wii Fit on a daily basis, doing enough of each of the four cardio activities for 15 credits each. Then I got Jillian Michael's Fitness Ultimatum 2009 and would alternate doing that with the Wii Fit. One hour of one of them each day. I used one Biggest Loser workout DVD each day, I have Power Sculpt, Cardio Max, and Boot Camp. Plus I would ride either my regular bike or my stationary bike for about 35 minutes each day. All in all I try to work out about 2.5 hours a day.

What do you like about Jillian Michael's Fitness Ultimatum 2009? I have heard a lot of people say they hated it and returned it or took it to Gamestop almost immediately.

What has worked best for me is using the Wii. I mix it up between doing Wii Fit, Gold's Gym Cardio Workout, and My Fitness Coach depending on what I feel like doing. I find the variety keeps me from getting bored and thus consistently get at least 30 minutes of exercise in a day. I also like the feedback of Wii Fit and Gold's Gym Cardio Workout of it knowing what I am doing and rewarding me for it even if it is just virtual points, fit credits, etc. I have tried doing things outside the house and those routines always fail because I just like being in the privacy of my own home. Also, the weather is too hot too much of the year to be able to regularly do the only outside thing I like (biking).

For me, it was a mix of very light cardio, stretching, yoga, and with equal importance.. portion control of the foods and drinks I consumed. I found the two videos from which I developed my alternating routine on Youtube. I was in some racking pain for the first week or so, but within a few days, noticed an improvement in my overall health and stamina.
