Fast food coupons on back of receipts

You know the coupons on the back of the receipts at fast food restaurants where you call a number and do a survey to get something free. Do you ever call the number and do the survery so you will get the free burger or whatever it is? I always call and do the surveys because they don't take very long and I'll get something free from doing it. I have done them before for Burger King and got a free whopper or chicken sandwich. Today I did one for Arby's so we will get a free roast beef sandwich when we take it back. So my question is...do you call and do the survey to get the free item and if so what places have you done the survey for to get the free item?
