Do you wear Flip Flops (Thong Sandals) in the summertime?

Hey bree! Are you sure you're not my little sister? We have so many things that we both like! I love thong sandals! Since I hate wearing shoes at all these are the next best things! They only cost $1 so I also have so many pairs of them in all colors and I just love wearing them! They are so comfortable after you break them in! My bf can't believe how I can wear them with the thing between my toe and I tell him you don't even know that it is there! I wear them until I can't wear them anymore! I hate when I have to throw them out!

I wear them all throughout the year, you can find me wearing them with inches of snow on the ground, I'm that dedicated to not wanting to wear socks

YES!! I love my flip flops! It is so hot and humid here. Regular shoes just make my feet sweat! Who wants sweaty smelly feet? I have several different colors of flip flops from dressy to very plain jane ones! I just love them! I don't wear normal shoes in the summer!

Flip flops are perfect for the summer. What I love about them is that they are so cheap and comfortable to wear. It's easy to get flip flops to match your clothes, you don't have any problems caused by high heels,and it makes running around on a busy day, very easy! They are surely my #1 choice, when it comes to summer wear as well as comfortable dressing! 3 cheers for flip flops!

Flip flop sandals are very common and popular nowadays. I like wearing flip flops in summer. It makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable anywhere you go.

I wear them all the time at home during the summertime. I won't go shopping, or out, in them, only at home. I don't drive in them either, I tried once and got them caught on the brake pedal, so I won't do that again! I love the way they feel so comfortable, and you can just slip them on. I have a pair I wear in the house, and an older pair I wear when I'm working out in the garden and stuff. It's nice that they're still inexpensive!

I love wearing flip flops. I get to wear them year round because in FL it never gets cold enough not to wear them. LOL. I think they are so comfortable and I have a lot of different pairs, almost every color to match different outfits.

yeah, i wear flip flops in the summer. i wear them year round actually lol but thats because i live in south florida. mine broke the other day though... which sucks! i need to go buy a new pair. right now i'm using my dads flip flops and they are a little too big for me..

I was brought up in the tropics of Australia, and the only summer footwear available seemed to be rubber thongs! In those days they weren't trendy and popular the way they are now, so as soon as I'd moved from the NT, I vowed I'd never own another pair. I never have - and it makes me laugh to see my daughters paying silly prices for exactly the same thing - except they have a particular brand name stamped on them. They're the same rubber thong underneath! Plus, wearing them for so many years has caused a big gap between my toes. They were comfortable, granted - but I'm now a really daggy Croc wearer!

i use to wear it at home because it is quite comfortable thats why i always wear it in summers but i buy one pair only this is called sleepers in india

We wear it almost all year round. It's tropical here so we don't worry about very low temperatures. Water proof flip-flops are also even great to wear during rainy days because at least you don't have to worry about sneakers or other shoes getting soaked with the rain.

I wear flip flops spring and summer and part of the fall depending on the weather. I love wearing them because they are comfortable and easy to deal with. Just slip them on or off. I have three pairs one beige, one black and one white.

i wear them occasionally in the summer time, as long as i am not going to be doing a lot of walking, as the thong between my toes can cause me pain, and they also don't give much support to my feet, and as i spend 8 hours a day on my feet already, i like my feet to feel good. I do alaways keep a couple of pair aorund though, to throw o when going out side to get the mail, or just to run to the car and what not. And i do usually take a pair when i go to the beach or the pool. You are right about them not lasting long though, particularly the foam ones. I find after even just a few times of wearing them that the foam has compressed down a lot. Yes, they might be more form fitted to my feet now, but it also means that when i walk outside in them i can feel every little pebble and bumb in the ground pressing into the ball of my foot or my heal..and if i was ok with that, i would just go barefoot (which i prefer to do when possible!)

I usually wear flip flops during the summer. I don't always wear them when I'm going out and doing things like shopping or what not but I do occasionally whenever I need to run a quick errand and don't feel like getting too dressed up to go in town. It's just easier I think to throw on flip flops than it is to put on shoes and socks.

i usually wear them at home or to the beach but they are not really good for your feet because they have no arch support. i got a few pairs last year when old navy had them on sale for $1- at the end of the season. i do have a couple of pairs of sport flip flops that are better for your feet but they were $20- each.

I love flip flops and wear them around the house, mostly. This summer I decided to wear them out whenever hubby and I were going shopping or somewhere where extreme casual dress wouldn't be out of place. I like how they look on my feet specially after a pedicure when my feet are sparkly with nicely painted toenails. If you were to ask what my favorite summertime footwear is, I'd have to say the wedge. There pretty and so flattering for the entire leg. I love shoes :)

Pretty much not. I wear them to go to the pool and that's it. 1) I don't find that thing between my toes to be comfortable and 2) I'm not comfortable in backless shoes.

Hi. breepeace. Yes, I do wear flip flops. I have not worn a pair since 2008. I would love to buy me some more pairs this summer. If I do, I will get up to four pair of different colors. I love the wear the soft padded flip flops that make my feet feel so comfortable. It is time for me to go shopping!

Yeah, that's great. They're so comfy!! My girlfriend also loveeeesss them, and every once in a while I give her some pair as a gift.
