Yes I am bored waiting for a response or comment on various discussions I have been a part of. Are you bored too of waiting to get any replies to your comments and responses and have now where to go? Then kinda we bond over the same dilemma here.
So what are you doing now?. How are you killing the time?

Are you implying that if we get bored then that is an indication of we getting tired out of discussions and we need to call it a day? From the look of your comment I can only infer that.

Hmm that is agood point. Thanks for making me remember that we are actually here to enjoy and discuss things and we need patience to keep the discussion go forward. We cannot expect these discussions to move ahead like our normal face to face discussions; exception being when the discussers are online at the same time like we are.

personally, i dont get bored here. i dont keep myself on waiting for responses on my discussions, sometimes it really takes time, if people are not interested in it, you will not get any responses from it.
what i do is to go around here, look for other discussions and just keep on posting responses to discussions i find interest in.
if i get a reply from it good, if not, its still ok, there are still many more discussions to participate in. so i'm not really bothered by it.

Yes, I am sure most of active and good mylotters do the same. I alos know that there are many more discussions to participate in, if i don;t get any comment on my replies. But again what's the point of having discussions if we just keep on posting our replies to discussion and the discussion holder doesn't reply back. A discussion happens when people talk to each other, it can mean one time replies and it can also mean many back and forth comments to bring a discussion to a conclusion. Don't you think so?

you can attribute it to time... some users here can only visit mylot once in a while as they have offline work or are busy with other things.
while i also know there are some users here that are only for the earning part, and they think that when they had posted a discussion and get responses from it, they are already earning which is not, they need to reply each response.
just keep on posting responses, you'll find users soon that will actually take time to reply all responses in a discussion.
there are many discussions here that are really discussions with many replies back and forth, they are from senior users most of the time. you'll come across it.

Yes I do agree the time contraints do play a spoilsport in it. But again I can't compare a normal face to face discussion with the kind of discussion we have here on mylot. And yes I do have come across some great senior mylotters who really take time to respond to every discussion and every comment in the discussions. I have some of them as friends too.
Thank you for a nice response. It feels really good when people respond to one of your discussions and also actually discuss.

Responses and Comments are hardly the result of a long wait. You just need to focus on posting high quality discussions,do not care responses or comments too much.I never waiting for that what you are always waiting for.Why not pay attention to something what you can control?

No I will beg to differ bit on your understanding. You should do respond back and comment on the responses we get on a discussion. That will be more helpful in earnig you, if that's the aim. But if it isn't, still you need to comment back since it keeps the discussion go forward and even elicits new responses and feedback from others.

I rather move ahead than waiting for responding or comment to happen. By the time you start with some other topic or if you make posts at other topics, you are likely to get a reply or a response. We can understand that users may be busy multitasking & hence may get delayed to reply.

Yes by now I have come to know that, users are busy and the logic that was behind the question that gave rise to this discussion was truly proved inappropraite. Thanks for your response.
I was kind of thinking it on the lines of a real face to face discussion. So the question had cropped up. Now I know that users are busy multitasking and have real life to look after too. So it may get delayed while geting responses. The key is patience. Right?
