Can we get back deleted mail..?

If you are using a POP account like gmail and you are using an external mail client like outlook or thunderbird then what was deleted was your local copy only. There is still another copy at the site it self. Use your browser to get into your web mail and re-forward that original mail that was deleted.

If you deleted from your inbox then try searching the trash folder. If you have deleted from the trash itself it is not possible to get it back.

You can try to search it at your "trash" folder. The deleted email will be sent to the "trash" folder as default.

I don't think it's possible but I've heard police could recover data like that when they're trying to tract criminals who tries to erase the evidence. There's also certain cookies that could piece back that information if there's a third party trying to steal data. Yes.....I don't know how that helps. Hope you get your e-mail back
