How often do you take exercise?

Nowdays more and more people are in a condition of sub-health,so it is important to take exercise to keep health.I usually run slowly and skip rope in the morning,and during evening going out for a walk is my best choice.But I often failed to do these for the busy work.What about you?How often do you take exercise?What kind of exercises do you take?

I do excersice everyday but when i am at home from my hostel i dont workout because i dont diet at home and eat and sleep at anytime and even get up on my perfered time so my excersice time schdule is disturbed.I normally do yogasanas only for 1 and a half hour.

oh,eating and sleeping at anytime will make you fat,and you will not look slim then,take exercise and diet regularly you will keep health and beautiful.Let us work hard together,right?

I agree to ascend the stairs everiday,you'd better insist to do it to keep health,but do not make yourself too tired.
