problem with logging into account with firefox

I have been having troubles logging into my yahoo mail using firefox. When I input my username and password, and send it, it just goes back to the same page. But when I use internet explorer, it goes properly. Can somebody tell me what the problem is? And have you experienced this instance?

I have heard that alot of people are having problems with Firefox these days. I have tried it before and had nothing but problems with it too. I use internet explorer as it works best for my computer.

wow, I don't know what the problem could be. I use Firefox and have no trouble getting into my yahoo account (I just was in there this morning). Hope you figure it out. All I can think of is needing updates of something on firefox, but I don't know what that would really help this problem. Sorry I can't be of more help. Will read rest of responses to see if anyone else knew.
