Do you know anyone who born on that day? It means he/she can only
celebrate once in 4 years - I hope it will be a grand one:)
There are 12 months in one year, so which month are you born?
Let me start, I am born on the 2nd month of the English Calendar!
It is the shortest month of the year, it only have 28 days in that
month.
So, do share your birthday month and let see which month have

Dear ichaelmago & Paula,
It is amazing to know that both of you are sharing the same
birthdays! Isn't it fantastic, out of 72 myLotters here, both
of you having the same birthday...it is not easy yet it is TRUE!
So, Paula will be celebrating birthday approximately 3 hours ahead
of ichaelmago. If I am not mistaken, Australia is ahead by 3 hours
- time zone - compared to Indonesia...and again it depends on which
part of Australia! You all can wish each other and celebrate it online!
Wow, I just love it

Hello Iriene,
This is a funny discussion. I am not the lucky one, I am not born on 29 February. But I am wondering people who born on 29 February can only have birthday once in 4 years? But I do have some other special case to share here. My daughter was born on 25 August 2006, yeah, it was her birthday yesterday. And she was born on 2nd on a double month of Julai in lunar calendar. I am not so familiar with lunar calendar, but I know once in a few years they will be double months, but it can happen to any of the months. Meaning to say my daughter hardly get to celebrate her lunar birthday.

Dear Vingyan,
Happy Belated Birthday to your daughter...so how you all celebrate?
What you got for her as present? What shape is her cake..does her
brother enjoy blowing the candles of her cake? Did you blog about
it in your blog. I think I will check on it later
Yes, I heard from my mum that the Chinese lunar calendar have leap year.
It can happen in any months....lol, I remembered the way Chinese
count a baby age in an amazing way! Let's take a scenario :-
A child was born on the eve the the Chinese Lunar New Year, assuming
the Chinese Lunar New year 1st month is a leap year...then the child
is considered 3 years old...hahaha, in actual fact he is only 1 day old!
Thank God we Malaysian-Chinese celebrated 2 birthdays - one on English
calendar and the other one on Chinese calendar...so, your daughter still
can celebrate her English calendar birthday and you should look out for
her lunar calendar birthday & once it happen again, celebrate a GRAND one.
Btw, if you love to celebrate birthdays, for the fun of it, we can always
traced back the birthday via Inidan Calendar, Jews Calendar, Malay Calendar
etc...lol
Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed reading your response...good

Hello Iriene,
Regarding the double month in a lunar calendar, I think it should be call as a leap year isn't it?
We just have a siple celebration for my daughter. But I bet she was too happy to receive so so many presents. All her beloved aunties and uncles buy presents for her. She can have only 1 birthday this year as there is not a leap year in lunar calendar. But we have 2 celebration for her. 1st one she was celebrated her birthday with my family members and second is with my in laws family. meaning to say she had got 2 birthday cakes. In fact, we all know she want a Princess Daisy birthday cake, but I brought her to bakery cottage to choose the cake but could not get it there. Then I asked her to take a Dora cake, She like it too. And her second cake bought by her Gu Gu ( my sister in law), also could not found Daisy cake, so bought a Mickey mouse jelly cake for her.
Shall blog about her birthday soon.

The month that I was born is very interesting indeed..
It will be the month when the school reopen, primary

A month where everyone will be wishing one another
'Happy New Year' and new calendar will be hanging proudly

I have a very good friend whose daughter was born on the 29th of Feb. They have always celebrated her birthday on the 28th. I used to send her a birthday card on the 28th of Feb and 1st of March except on the years that had the 29th and then would send a huge card on that day. She just loved it. Still tells that story, though she is in her 20s now.

Hi Irene, if you want to see the orange and brown leaves as they die and fall from the trees, then the southern states are where you see that! It is much too warm for those types of trees here in Queensland!
I am from Melbourne in Victoria originally and you get that a lot in Autumn down there as those trees, which I think are Oak Trees, are all over Melbourne!
One of the most beautiful country towns that I have visited in Autumn is Bright in Victoria. It is in a valley on the road up to the ski resorts of Mount Hotham, Dinner Plain and Falls Creek. The main street is lined with these same type of trees and it is a really picturesque sight!!!
