Worrying is something we are all familiar with. We know many reasons that can keep us worrying. It could be financial problems, relational conflict, work-related concerns, a child, a family member having problems, illnesses, impending change, and a whole lot more. How do we handle this? Do we find ourselves preoccupied with worries or paralyzed with it. Does it rob us the joy of life? Or we often find ourselves unproductive. Does it cause additional problem to you too? How is worrying affects your life.

Hello,
Well if you worry too much, you could have some really terrible stress build inside of you, and that isn't good for you either. I think that many of us should stop worrying about things, and lets for once enjoy life. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

its ok to worry sometimes but whats not ok is to worry too much coz as they say too much of something is bad. for me worrying too much makes me sick in every way gives me headache , hyper acidity , ulcer for forgetting to eat ,and sickness for not taking of my health while i am in to much worried state so i prefer not to worry at all if i can manage it lol
