I am an Asian so my favorite fruit is one that can be found only in Asia, which is durian. As for fruits that can hardly be found in Asian countries, I'll say I love gooseberry, raspberry and cranberry. But however, the fruits I eat the most are apples, oranges and pears as they're more widely available in place like market, supermarket and even some fruit stall in cooked food centre.

Yes, I love to eat fruits and bananas are one of my favorites as well because they are available everywhere here in our country every time. Aside from being rich in nutrients and vitamins like vitamin B6, vitamin C, and potassium, they are good source of dietary fibers. My next favorite fruit are guavas which like bananas are rich in vitamins A and C, magnesium, potassium, etc. According to experts, a single apple guava fruit, also known as guapple contains more than 4x the amount of vitamin C as a single orange. Happy banana eating, Dhawanbm!

I like to eat apples
Apple is a low-calorie high-nutrition fruits, For this reason, many people used as weight-loss meals. You know, Apple and general meals compared with the heat are much lower, of course, slim down, but the long run, nutritional imbalance will make the body too much, but once stopped, weight will slowly rise.
