When the interview will ask you:1,you work on the operator what the views,2,your call center knowledge in the work.3,how would you look at complaints from customers...Interview question does not matter basically is that you examine the language expression ability, communication skills have pronunciation problems and character of a judge,it is important that you just want to have a good grasp of the quality of service,if you can..I was such an interview.Do not know if there is no change now..I wish you good luck.Get good results.

What matters to them is the English Language consistency and intuition on how english is Spoken by the application..they always..always changed the pace of the interview. but the "Killer Question" never goes away..a lot of applicants go blank with that question...

well, in here he can improved some English words and typing skills, because typing is a necessity in gathering info from a customer..but speaking it(english) is entirely a different story..I wasn't just in these interviews, I was on the floor(call center office) once, so i know a bit of these things..is he a sleep..i hope he reads my response because it's very important...

Wow! since I've been to a Call Center Industry before, i would like to give you some few pointers about how to achieve the interview..unless the interviewer is Bias..or unprofessional....
I have learned on one of my previous training centers which became helpful...
1. Be Confident with your answer.
- Make sure you think right away for an answer..make sure it's detailed.that means it has to do with your experience..
2. Don't Pause and Stutter
- This is one BIG minus points for every applicant when ever they go into being interview to this kind of career..if this happens to you, they will surely think less that you're qualified..so avoid it..at all cost...
3. You don't have to be too Honest.
- Well, i did..and they found me to be not qualified..Answer only questions being asked.don't add another or else it will posed another questions, they're purpose is to find a loop hole that will make you feel unqualified. they dig it when ever you pour out something else.
4. Don't Speak too Fast!
- That's the main reason why Western Customers does not understand the agent because most speak to fast.do it a bit slow but clear to the interviewers understanding.PS: asked some US/Canadian/Australian Mylotters if they have encounter this situation with the customer service representative.
so that you won't make the same mistake in case one them () becomes you're "real" customer someday...
* and here's the Killer Question of all time..think of a good answer for this.
just in case they asked this question.
Why should we hire/ employ you?
The answer to this question will be based on your previous experience and achievements which relate to the company. At the end you could add that you think there is a good fit between you and the job, and do ask the interviewer for their opinion.

Note to Everyone..this came from my old MS Word file.from my professors.
.so beat it if you think i got this from some website..
Here are some basic but important questions that you may encounter..
even if you failed, in most call centers, these are mostly asked in every applicant.
How would you describe yourself? / How would others describe you?
Pick your best attributes and achievements from your career.
Do you consider yourself successful?
You should say you do. Pick some work related achievements that are in line with the position that you are discussing.
What was your greatest success? How did you achieve it?
You should pick an achievement which is related to their needs.
What has been your biggest failure?
Try to pick a failure which you were later able to correct or something that is not really important.
How could you improve yourself?
Do not mention anything negative about yourself - the interviewer is looking for a hole in your armor.
Note: just Pm me your email and il just send it to you..for free
