Exploding TAXIs for hire

A year ago just when the gas price is increasing everyday. Here in my country people started operating taxi that are using Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG). With in that same year 2008 2 have been reported to explode because the way the LPG was installed is not correct. TODAY... 2009 there is already a total of 17 LPG taxi explosion that has been reported... Some even have passengers when the taxi just started flaming up. No one has been reported dead except 1 taxi driver when the cab was bumped by a bus and it exploded in the middle of the main street. It is scary because people have different reactions in a shocking situation. Whatif the passenger had a stroke on the spot that the cab started flaming up? Will the driver even try to save the poor human being? Government have not been doing anything about it up to now. WOrse is you wont know you are aboard a TAXI fueled by LPG until you are in it or until you are off the cab because the sign that the taxi is fueled with LPG is placed at the back mirror... How about you? What do you think should be done to this cab operators?
