How Many Goals Can Ibrahimovic score in La Liga this season

Barca has already signed Zlatan Ibrahimovic as a replacement for Samuel Eto'o, there are some controversy regarding this transfer, as some agrees and some doesn't. Personally I like having Ibra at Barca, simply because he's technically a great player, and with Barca's method of playing he should be doing fine there, I don't know how long would it take to adapt in Spanish league, but with his skills he should be able to at least bag 20 goals this season. What do you guys think??

Hi Dewfunk,
We all knew that Ibramovic is a good player. He can score a lot of goal. How much goals he can score? Its depend on a few things.
Fisrt and foremost, can he adapt with the Barca playing style. There are a lot of good player become stagnant because they can't adapt well with a new league. Schevchenko for example. He is a great player with AC Milan but once he move to Chelsea, he is nothing and forgotten.
Second, he many games he will play? This is much to do with the coach and playing formation Barca will play. As we all knew Barca have a lot of forwards/strikers. And everyone want to play.
Last but not least, can he keep fit. This is a new league and everybody knows how good he is. The defender will give extra attention to him. They will mark him and maybe give him one or two maker to his foot.
If he can adapt well, get a chance to play and keep fit, he definitely can score lot of goals. 20 goals a season maybe not a problem to him if he can throw the laziness that he has. Sometime I think he is a lazy player. Only wait for the chance but never want to crate it.

Well I see your point and completely understand it, however Ibra made a smarter move to me than Sheva, first he pick Barca, who is a very good passing team and have lots of great and creative players that will allow him to get lots of goal scoring chances. Moreover compare to Sheva's move, Ibra was wanted by Guardiola while Sheva was not someone Mourinho actually wanted, that what makes live hard for Sheva in England.
The main Ibra problem beside his Lazy character (which I amazingly saw it starting to changes) is he is not the one who always construct the attack in Barca, that is totally different from his Inter days when almost every attack comes through him. So he needs to actually understand his teammates and his teammates needs to know Ibra's potential too, he and Messi would make an amazing combination as they are two skillful but contrast players that can actually complete each other, I mean I like Eto'o but is some ways Eto'o is a bit similar to messi that's why Barca can always switch their front three positioning in games

Ibra is not such a great striker. At the moment he is playing in AC Milan.

My prediction is less than 20 goals this season , he isn't the type of natural finisher yea .

Hi to all..... Zlatan Ibrahimovic has already scored around 10 goals in La Liga for FC Barcelona...... I too had a doubt whether he will play like what he did in Inter..... But he has already proven that he is a typical Barca type player.... I think he will score 20 to 25 goals this season.....

I think Barcelona did a really good deal with Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Just give him time to adapt to spanish football reality and he'll definitly make a more profitable season that Eto'o at Inter. I bet he's gonna score some 21 goals, personally.

I think Ibrahimovic will score 16-20 in La liga this season. Ibarhimovic is not a high-effeciecy striker, and he will take some time to adapt to Spanish league, and more important, Barca has other top scorer such Messi, Henry. I miss Eto now...
