How I spent the last few days of summer!

My morning walks - This is what we saw every morning and it reminded us all that we are such a small part of something much greater.

As my family pulled out for the long drive to NC for the 1st time in years- no one was complaining about the trip and worried about the what-ifs. I guess that comes with age. With our two boys in the back of the Mom van- comfort first right? We experienced the best family vacation ever! Along the way we saw old friends and family. We also saw a few sites that took our breath away- so this is what it's really all about. The one below is by far my favorite.
