I was reading a book before sleeping but now I just put a book and my favorite copybook and going into deep sleep.
Memory becomes fresh just before sleep and in the first hours of morning

Unless I'm really, really tired, I never go to sleep without going through at least a chapter or two of any book I'm currently reading.
Reading is something that I enjoy doing so much. I just wish I have more time to do so these days. But with so much work to do the whole day, I can only squeeze in reading time at night.
I just don't know about the memory thing connection ...

I have sort of made it a habit that unless I read something - mow that could be anything like fiction, very serious philosophy stuffr, some subject like Math or Comp. Science, or some article from the newspaper or my daughter's kid comic book- before I go to bed I wouldn't get sleep, unless of course I am dog tired. I do believe and not only that suggest my students to do the formula memorizing, as they fall asleep and as soona s they wake up. This definitely helps a good memeory formation.
Sometime I do some blogging or mylot kind of forum stuff.

I love reading, and will read any chance I get. I usually read for at least an hour in bed before going to sleep. My husband and I have reading lights either side of the bed, so we don't disturb each other if one of us - usually me - wants to read after the other goes to sleep.

I almost always read before I go to bed. It helps me relax and wind down. I especially enjoy it when I curl up in my reading chair (yes I have a chair just for reading in) with a soft blanket and a cup of tea. Nothing de-stresses me quite as well as that.

I rarely get to read now before going to bed. Usually it is in the middle of the day that I read a book. How I wish that I could already finish the book that I am presently reading. Sometimes, the excitement is cut short by the things that I need to attend to first.

I usually read before i sleep but i can't finish it in one night. My eye easily get tired. Well I didn't know that it would increase your memory, is it really true?
