Do you buy products the are available in promotion?

I don't buy products only because of a promotion that is being offered. But I find that if I know there is a promotion on something I normally purchase, then I might make my purchase earlier than usual to take advantage of the promotional product. I often do this with my makeup. Sometimes they will offer free samples of the moisturizer I use, which is on the pricey side, so in that case, I will get a few things that I know I will need soon and use so that I can take advantage of the promotion.
