Do you accord a lot of importance to your sound system?

To everyone with computers, do you accord a lot of importance to your sound system? By this I mean high-end speakers and a graphic card? Personally I do not really care about the sound system. Just any sound card and two speakers are good for me. I however accord more importance to Video config. How about you guys?

My sound system is very important to me. I have six speakers; but I have no idea what sound card is in my system. It I understood how to buy and could afford the best sound card I would. I have all of our music on our computer and use it as our stereo system. The music is on all day long pretty much every day. The video configuration is not near as important to me.

yes sound is a major part of the experience. if you get the good graphics card and monitor you have to invest in the sound to pull it all together.
