Yeah i know how to make it. But i dont think i can explain it correctly because its a very long process to do it. OK before that tell me what kind of site are you going to create. With this information i can recommend you a suitable hosting site and also you can create a new domain for you use. And in which languge are you creating your site??

i think we need pay money to get our own domain.
blogspot is good at make money online.

Try bravehost.com, freewebs.com for smaller sites. If you're going to need more space/pages use officelive webs. They have mega space to play with.
