hello friends
who is the owner of mylot?
and we are posting discussions and we are earning so what they will get i dont get....
if clicking ads means they will get ratings and they are giving some percentage of their income.
but here in mylot we are posting and earning.what they are getting?
and how to find any site's owner?

Do a 'whois' on myLot. You will get the name of the person who registered myLot on the Internet. A physical address will also be given. Just bear in mind that the real owner may be somebody else. On a personal note I do not care who the owner really is as long as he or she is honest.

'Whois' is a search to find out more details about a registered domain name like myLot. There are many sites offerring this service for free. An example is www.whois.com.
Yes, you can find the details about other sites too.

There is a member of the myLot staff who also did some discussions.
In one of them he gave answers to lots of questions by users.

I have the notifiers set to 'ON'. You can find them at the top of the page on the left under 'preferences'. That way every time someone comments on a response I left, i receive a notifier.
You can also go to the tab above this discussion 'responded' and check there too but using the notifiers is more immediate and helps a lot.

well it seems that there is no mention of the ownership or admins whereabouts in this site. a whois search tells the owner lives in kansas. well if the owner wishes to remain anonymous i guess we should respect that. and also i think there is no problem as long as the benefits of membership are honored.
