there's a lot of way's to improve you're speaking and writing English. when I was a child my friend has this laptop toy were in you learn English and the correct grammar. You will hear a voice that's asking you a certain word and you have to key in your answer. and you will know if you heard it right if you key in the correct spelling of the word. or you can search in the internet as well.

I read any printed materials everyday. Mylot has also build my confidence in the usage of this language. This is a good place to interact with native speakers and learn the correct application of the English words by observing their ways of writing. Though not every native speakers are polished in their own language when it comes to writing but learn from those who have the natural flow in this language.

I also need to improve my English skills. Even though I have learn English in school for about ten years, my English is not so good. After all, it is not my mother language. I think for speaking English, just try to speak more, and for writing in English, just practice more and participate more in mylot. Have a nice day!

I suggest listen your favorite english music and comprehend their lyrics; read english books a lot; and watch english movies. don't stick to non-english contents. that's how I learned english a lot despite of my mathematical ability.

Yeah, Mylot is an excellent place to train english. I'm not that good at it either, but I feel that everytime I post here or on other forums, or live chats, or talking face-to-face (it still doesn't go really well in this case), I get better at it.
