Time spend for job longer than for family, so company or job more importance than personal. If we was unemployment it's very terrible. Anyway I think we should try to carry out team work in our company and love the daily troubles, daily jobs in our company.

Honestly speaking, NO. But since it is very difficult to find a job now a days because of economic crisis I just endured my remorse towards this company, anyway I am already a permanent employee. I hate the way this company runs because our employers are so stiff in giving us appropriate benefits. I mean we have a very limited benefits.

I should say company is not family and not home. So I would not say I love my company. I did have the feeling before like that. I loved the company I worked for. However there were many things changed and also the company never treated me like my family did to me. Now I worked in the UK, the experience made me feeling more as it’s just a work place, you work here to make money for living. The more you expect the more you feel upset. So I think the idea of company is your family or you love it too much would be a very dangerous feeling. One day you would get hurt by it.
My attitude to any company I worked and will work is I do my best to do my duty and make the money I deserve. That’s all. I would use my love energy for my family and my friends, even more people who need.

You are wrong! Not all workers spending their time at their companies longer than families ,I am the instance,I am a state-owned enterprise worker, working for my state,it is a very relaxed job,I go to work every other day and only want to take a few hours to complete my work in my working day,so I take majority my time at home to learn,That is the reason I don't know how to reply your discussion.Good Luck...
