it was unfair for the both of you. you guys was just trying to seek for fun and earn as will. you guys are different but uses only one computer. but it doesnt mean you two are cheating. im so sad for you.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about what happened to you and your office mate. I think Neobux is quite strict when it comes to the only one user per computer rule. Maybe you can write to the admin and explain the situation to them. Perhaps they would reconsider. If not, at least you know that you tried to fixed the problem, its just that the other party would not accept your reason. Hope it goes well...

Neobux clearly mentioned that more than one account from a single IP is not accepted. So it is always better to read rules and FAQs regularly. You might say that you are honest. But how they come to know about it? Others can create false accounts if they start allowing more than one account. Sorry to hear that your account being suspended. You just send an email with details of both of you and request that from now on both of you will use different IPs. Neobux might listen to you. Happy Mylotting!

I am very sorry that they are so strict. I think the reason they do this is because some people out there take advantage of what these sites have to offer. It keeps people from having 3 or 4 different e-mails being actually the same person. I hope you can maybe e-mail or something the administration of the site and I believe they will make this right for you. Although they are like Fort Knox, I believe they do understand it is hard for everyone to have their own computer. Maybe this can be explained to them. Good Luck

IMHO you are better off. I will sate this. I wrote the person who I joined under to see if my id # (within neobux) was there. No, it wasn't, and before anyone asks -- no he did not recycle me, and I was not a rented referral. I'm telling everyone I know to write the person you joined under and ask the same thing. You'll be surprised.

Now my account was suspended due to inactivity and i ended up having to create a new one and deleting the old one. If you want to rejoin and try again if they let you you can check my profile and you can join under me...i wont mind. But be careful that you don't use two accounts on the same IP address. its not the computer itself it cant be used on...its IP address that is looked at. you could have 40 computers in your house, though I'm not sure WHY you'd have that many, and still break Neobux TOS by making accounts using two of them in separate rooms...they are still on the same IP address.

i'm sorry to hear that but i think you must have done somthing against their rules so they suspended your account .but as you said have multiple accounts from one computer or same ip that's allowed by neobux and they have mentioned this on the rules already. but they only allow one account to get credits within 24hours.

Yup! my friend, neobux is right for their ToS. They don't want anybody abuse their sites. Because they provide a fair, and legitimate service to all. Send a ticket request to admin and trying to tell everything. Explain what happen so that they may reconsider your account and be it back... It happen to me that thing before. I write to admin, and now I access again neobux have a great day!

That's bad They have strict rules because there are thousands of scammers that would love to rip NeoBux or any other site off

One of rules of Neobux is the only one IP address should be used by one member. Since you are just using one computer, it only has one IP address. Only one person can register in Neobux from that computer.

i got suspended too, because my sister signed up at neobux without telling me... so i signed up again with a new account... so my sister now is suspended. hehehe

I request you to sent an email to the administrator of neobux and explain the cases to him.But if you consider from the company prospective they will not believe but you can xplain to them that money will be recived on two different accounts.

Hello bhargavoza! That is a very bad news to hear. Well, more than one account per household is prohibited in Neobux unlike here in mylot. You can check their terms. I think they did that to prevent one from getting fake referrals and earn from them.

Well its perfectly fair on their part cuz u may be true in using one account urself and a friend of urs using her/him's without cheating. But if tat were allowed, many would use different a/cs to make money for demselves in a single comp. U must undrstnd der situaton too dear. .:) Happy mylotting. .:)

Hi bhargavoza! It's bad that it happened to you but just like what others suggested there is no harm in trying all the possible solutions to redeem your account. E-mail them that you honestly not aware of the use of your , and its the first time that happened. Cheating can be considered if it happened a number of times, unfortunately, Neobux immediately suspends account even in first violation.
