Do you think that eating too much and eating many times a day makes a person fat? Is fatness is directly related to the amount of diet we take? Comment and post your suggestions and views here

Eating too much makes normal person fat, today we rarely find out the thin people. If you thin you should check the menu & I think it's can treatment in many cases. Fat people is take a long time to treatment & we need consider the young person about that.

I agree. But there are many people who eat a lot but they are thin. The reason is that they do not take proper diet. Eating too much is not always makes someone fat. Eating fatty and oil and junk food is responsible for that

I do think it makes a person fat. But why is it that decreasing food intake doesnt have a corresponding effect. :( Well, for all those think dieting is a solution - learn from my experience. It is not. U can control for days, and weeks may be. And one fine day, u will end up at the bakery and make the baker very happy with the sales. :-) All ur resolve not to touch that pastry would be out of window in a fraction of seconds. And those ice creams. I love them. To hell with dieting. Enjoy everything every day - u get to live just once. U never know whether the world is going to end in 2012. So why let go of the opportunity. At least u would have enjoyed while it lasted. I think like that. And anyway, a good news for those who are afraid to be fat. Stem cells are taken from fat cells. If the demand for stem cells increases we will be able to sell our adipose! lol. ;-) Mastinet - I deserve a BR for this. :-)

Yes ofcourse if you eat anything in excess that is going to harm you for sure,If you eat too much of fat stuffs that will surely gonna show effects on your body, everything should be eaten in a limit that will be profitable and wont harm your body and also will give you necessary energy and stamina that you need.

Hi There, It is not actually dependent on the amount of Food intake, it is related to type of food that you intake. For example if you intake more of Fat containing food such as butter, cheese and all it will make you fat. Otherwise intake of more food is not reason for fatness. happy mylotting.

I fully agree that type of food diet you intake is the key role player. Many people eat too much are thin and many who eat less are fat.

excess of anything is bad. same thing goes with eating. eating is also linked to your physical activity. if you have little or no physical activity you should eat in moderation. also a recent research has shown that obesity is linked to genetics. i personally have seen people who eat a lot but remain skinny.

I do not think that eating many times a day makes you fat, what makes you fat is eating the wrong types of food. If you eat foods that are bad like things containing sugar, or fried foods, or if you eat things that are high in carbs, like bread, and potatoes. you are going to pack on the pounds.

Definitely. Have you seen any fat person in starving? Eating too much definitely leads to fat. It's the univeral truth. However sometimes even you don't over eat you still can get fat. it's just not lucky. I think it's the principal way of controlling weight to eat less. if we eat nothing we will die. But if we control our desire for food, every day we eat a little less than we need, in a while you can see we do can lose weight. in fact i practiced it for about 4 months, and i can say it works.

It's all about the calories - calories in & calories out. If one has more calorie intake than the ones that he/she burns, then it shouldn't be a surprise to see that person gain weight. It's okay to eat many times a day, say 5 or 6 times, but it should be little meals which means that portions should be controlled. ... so yes, fatness is directly related to the amount of food that we take.

Of course eating too much makes one definitely fat and that too if they do not have any physical exercise also, it also depends on the food they eat and the amount they consume and the intervals at which the food is consumed.

Yes. Too much carbohydrates and fat in the food makes a person obese. Though most often its the lack of exercise. I have seen fit ppl who eat a lot and exercise. Its how you stay fit. Food alone is not the reason behind obesity.

In my opinion, someone who has a lot of eating habits do not necessarily have a fat body. In fact, often the body is not fat or thin. Equanimity with obesity also affect a person, if a person feels calm heart, then he will not have the heavy burden of life and can enjoy life. Someone who did not experience depression or stress, will have more body fat than someone who is experiencing stress or depression. Because someone who did not experience depression or stress does not require much energy, so that the food he eats will be buried in fat.

I think it can not eat too much, so good for the stomach, the stomach will hurt. There are several reasons for obesity are not necessarily eat too much. 1. Genotypes obesity. Is a genetic 2. Is that excess nutrients obesity Is to eat too much, too much nutrient enriched. 3. Is the lack of exercies type. Therefore, we must uphold the movement, only by adhering to exercise in order to make our bodies healthier.

hi,mastinet,my dear friend,I think eating too much and eating many times a day will not always make a person fat,but I think it is harmfull to one's health,in my opinion, eating less and eat more times is the right way.
