Hello guys, I was wondering if there is someone here who could perfectly recall all the events of her/his dreams. I am not sure if all dreamers like me could still connect all the pieces of our dreams.
I could not do that, why is it like that? Please share your opinion...Happy mylotting....

Hi bro! I guess, it is impossible to recall all the events of our dreams when we wake up. When we are sleep and dreaming, our subconscious mind is the one functioning. It means that our mind is creative and we cannot control it. When we are awake, we are conscious and we can rationally think.

Sometimes I wake up remembering a dream and all the details and think....hey! I should write that down! and by the time I get a pen and paper or later time to sit down and do it, I forget most or all of it!!
I think piecing together and remembering our dreams is something we forget quickly because what we dream about helps us solve a problem in our daily lives and sorts things out while we are asleep and we no longer need that information.
Even though I could have some really good books or movies made out of my dreams!!

I have read somwhere like a normal human being goes through thoushands of dreams in a single night.Only 2-3 or even just a single one could be reqaccled the next morning.
I personally have many instances where I have jumped off my bed because of some dreams and the next morning I remember that I had kicked out of sleepi but I seriously dont remember what I dreamt of.
STRANGE! :P

Scientifically speaking, all of us can remember some of our dreams, but some,we dont even know we had them.It says that we all have dreams. Some happen in deep sleep ,while others happen when we are half awake.haha, perhaps those dreams are what we can recall.

If it was a nightmare and I come out of sleep scared, then I could recall what I saw in dream and I can soothe myself to sleep. But we all dream a lot while sleeping which are not scary and we can't remember them all.may be some part of it can be remembered if it comes close to the waking time.Cheers!

Yes of course. If we can't remember all of our dreams completely today, how could we recall those passed years of our lives, thanks for responding....

Yes last night I remembered my crazy dream. I was play wrestling with Michael Jackson in some small apartment living room. While wrestling with him I found out, to my surprise, that he had a tail...weird eh? I'm not going to try to analyse this one. One note, when I smoke marajuana, I don't remember my dreams, I should have smoked one last night, because this dream left me feeling a little eerie this morning.
