hi everybody i am smartboy826..i think drinking water is good for me.but i think is it drinking more water good?scientists have said:we must drinking 8 glasses of water.but i alway drinking 10-11 glasses of water..even more than it.but i don't know is it good for me?can you tell me is it drinking more water good?and how many glasses of water?and thanks for your answer.....

Although water is good for you, believe it or not, It can poison people ,here is info-
Water intoxication (also known as hyper hydration or water poisoning) is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in body is pushed outside of safe limits by over-consumption of water.
[1]Normal,healthy (both physically and nutritionally) individuals have little to worry about accidentally consuming too much water.Nearly all deaths related to water intoxication in normal individuals have resulted either from water drinking contests,in which individuals attempt to consume more than 10 liters (3 gallons) of water over the course of just a few minutes,or long bouts of intensive exercise during which electrolytes are not properly replenished,yet massive amounts of fluid are still consumed.
As for pimples:
Drinking a lot of water may help gradually improve the situation and may give reliefs from acne and related inflammation,although it is not the exact cure for acne.In fact,there is not absolute cure for it at all.

Yes definitely, drinking water is good for your body and keeps you head cool too. As far as scientists suggestion, it is probably right and I myself keep drinking around 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. What it does apart from keeping your body supplied with enough fluid is that it keeps your throat wet and hence keeps your mouth soothed if you talk more.

yes its always good to drink lots of water in a day, i usually drink 10 to 12 glasses in a day. it helps to maintain balance in the amount of liquid that is required for regulating your body temperature, also it has lot of other advantages and it also carries oxygen in acombined form, which is helpful for tissue absorption and it lets your skin glow, always drink more than your thirst, but not in an excess of about 20 to 30 glasses in a day....bol, happy mylotting.

We have been drinking a lot more water, cutting soda out of our diet. We have a water filter on our tap, and we refill bottles to take to work. We drink anywhere from 6 to 15 glasses a day. This has been going on for a few months now. I notice I do not need the kick of soda anymore, and when I actually drink it, it does not taste as good anymore. I am wondering how we will fare as it gets more cold.

minimum glasses of water to drink everyday is 8 glasses and yes its healthy to drink a lot of water but too much is not good for the body for you will suffer water intoxication, it occurs when a person drinks so much water that the other nutrients in the body become diluted to the point that they can no longer do their jobs. better try fruits also aside from water than drinking too much water since fruit contains water too. they said that drinking water while eating even if you finish a glass of water does not count as part of your 8 glasses a day. coz they become part of the food. maybe after eating. though still nice to drink water than cola coz its more healthy and disease free.

Yes drinking water is very good in our body. In fact, the more water u drink the better but im not a water drinker. I dont like to drink water. I wish im like u...can drink 10 glasses of water a day. Only 2 glasses of water i can drink in one day...i like fruit juice and softdrinks.

drinking too much of water is good but ,upto certain limits those are the limits of your body
if u drink 8 glasses of water its pretty good but weather conditions can change the intake of water take
drinking too much of water can have some side effects like
WEIGHT LOSS
if u r a underweight guy take care
and dont drink too much of water after lunch or dinner this will make vitamins n minerals move out of your body, through urine . so avoid drinking water until an hour after meals

hi smartboy, as we all know that drinking water is good. but you have mentioned that we should drink 8 glasses of water everyday. but what's the volume about the glass? 500ml? 300ml? in my opinion, everyone is different about how much we should take one day. we should drink as much water as we can.

Do not be concerned about drinking too much water, listen to your body and drink accordingly! Water is great for cleansing the body.
It is too hard to tell you how much you should be drinking as it depends on how you spend your day, the foods you eat and the weather at the time!

Water drinking water whatever amount you can is really good for most people. But don´t drink too much all at one time. Give your system time to asimilate the water.
I suppose it depends on the quality of the water too. Sometimes tap water is awful tastes like metal or something.
Water is good to clear you skin leaving it soft and smooth and well hydrated. However cold water with your meals is a no no because it cuts digestion and that´s very important.
Cold water is good to splash on your face to wake up with and to clean your teeth with but ice cold water to drink no.
Well I drink about six to seven glasses a day usually because of the very hot weather sometimes a bit more.
