About my dogs eye problem?

What is this thing on my dogs eye? It's clear and it's kinda like a bump in her eyes. Could it be a cataract? But it's not like a cloud, it's just clear. By the way, her name is Sydney. And I love her so much. I'm so worry about this thing on her eyes. Please help. Thanks.
