Hypertension is not a joke. It is a serious problem. We need to maintain our body physically fit and healthy all the time. We need to encourage ourselves into sports or exercises that will make our body strong. we also need to eat food that is right for our body.Let us stop eating food that we only want to eat like fatty foods or foods that we know are very bad for our health. Let us now stay away from that, Let us engage ourselves to a healthy living lifestyle for us to stay away from hypertension.

You are so right. Hypertension is a silent killer in my opinion. So many people don't even know they have it until their doctor finds it. I know it runs in my family, so I try to be careful about what I eat and getting exercise. My father has had quad bypass surgery and both of his carotid arteries cleaned out within the past 5 years and he is only in his 50s. Now, of course, he is taking better care of himself, but he learned the hard way, that the damage and effects of hypertension cannot really be reversed and treatment is not so easy!
