do u believe in water therapy?
Water therapy is a very simple treatment. Everyday you have to take 1.5 liters of water. If water is not clean then it is required to use clean and boiled water for doing this process.
Then, drink 1.5 liters altogether; after drinking you should not take any food or drink for at least one hour. If you feel difficult in taking 1.5 liters at a time, then you take water gradually (give a gap of 2 minutes after drinking 4 glasses of water).
These 1.5 liters of water will help in cleansing your body. If you follow this process regularly, the toxins are released through sweat or urinal excretions. You should not take any alcohol last night.

Shhheila, I wonder if you can tell me the source of your claim that water therapy "can prevent some diseases and cure some diseases" Can you list what diseases can be prevented and can you document your claim of what diseases water therapy has cured? The best places to find documentation is in research and medical journals, can you site these published articles to support your claims? Are you aware of FDA rulings on fraudulent claims where statements of benefit without research data to support it may be liable for prosection? There is a web site called Quack Watch which investigates claims made for their validity. I would just like to know if this is all true and maybe I will start following your suggestion. We are bombarded with so many claims that this treatment does this or that and most turn out to be scams costing people a lot of money. Who are we to believe if there is no documentation?

I drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water every day. and you are right that it is very good for you to do. I have a water filter that i use for my drinking water so that it is pure water that i drink.
I have never drank 4 glasses at a time, and then waited a hour before eating or drinking. but i do drink a lot of water.
