Beautiful face or Beautiful mind???

I can say 90% of men place a high level of value on physical appearance. It is hypocritical to say that they don't care about a beautiful physical appearance on their partners or wife as long as she has a good heart. Beauty is something everyone wants in his life. It is universal belief that beauty brings love and happiness. But true beauty is actually from the heart and is long lasting and is never destroyed by age. Though I can't deny that some men are after spiritual and intelligence in women. They are the true essence of beauty in a real women. Unlike physical features, spiritual and intelligence improve with the passage of time. Only the wise men knows the true worth of internal beauty. Physical looks are deceptive. Having a partner that has the beauty of a beauty queen can invite a lot of miseries in life. That is what I gather from most men. They actually need someone that can benefit them in life, a real life partner and not not a lady of leisure that is only good for show. `

Hi raghul, there are so many cases, either in movies or in our real life, show that one would always take a shine to the beautiful face of a person. It’s normal that we would tend to judge a person by his or her looks. We couldn’t deny that we are ordinary people and would easily attract by the beautiful appearance at sight of a person. It’s not easy to judge whether a person is really having beautiful mind if lack of time to get along. This is a complicated modern world. For the sake of achieving the goal easily, many people would always try to conceal the real side and show how beautiful their minds are. Yeah, beautiful appearance plus beautiful mind is the most powerful weapon to capture his or her admirer’s heart. I believe only time will tell us whether the person we know having a genuine beautiful mind. I wonder whether you would shift the target from 40% beautiful and 60% intelligent to 30% beautiful and 70% intelligent after a period of time. And 20% beautiful and .... if you still couldn’t come across your ideal marriage partner yet It’s just kidding. Hope you don't mind ... Of course mind over beauty. they have to be kind giving and just really be ther to support you and you support them in most things. Thats what I had with my hubby my soulmate! To me he was handsome .

Hi dear, First of I want to tell a quotation ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’ so now you will understand how important the physical beauty (not at all important). But a beautiful mind is different; it is not on the eye of the beholder but will reflect your own eyes and you have to make efforts to make your mind beautiful. If your mind is beautiful it will add your face’s beauty too. I agree your argument common people are really wishing a handsome/pretty partner even though they are ready to give importance of character/nature of the partner. I appreciate your thoughts about your partner.

hi. I am not pretty I guess because I never had a boyfriend for the last 26 years on my life. The only persons who would tell me I am beautiful are my mother and father, and some other persons who think it would be nice to compliment someone for their good deeds. Of course I would want someone handsome so that when we will have siblings, I want then to be good looking. But if that good looking earthling will only batter me and the children and will leave me for someone sexy and gorgeous women, no thanks. Furthermore, there is no really absolute definition of beauty. One man or woman may be beautiful for one but not to the other. It varies according to preference or taste. What is important, as long as two people are satisfied with each other and love binds their relationship; whatever seduction will the Most Beautiful Eve or Adam would inflict, it will never surpass or overcome the love and trust between the latter couple. hello raghul! i go for beautiful mind, although i am not denying the fact that a beautiful face is also with importance... but as i think about it, a beautiful face will fade along with time...while a beautiful mind will be more beautiful with time... and beauty for me always comes within and its in the eyes of the beholder... as for me, maybe my husband is not the most handsome guy in the earth...maybe he's not that good looking to other people's eyes...but for me, since i know that he has a beautiful mind and heart...he's the most beautiful thing for me! one of the most beautiful creation and blessing of God! have a nice day raghul! and i also agree on what you have said there...

When you look at your partner who has a beautiful mind, you are looking at her with eyes of love. In those eyes she is 100% beautiful, and of a very good mind, because she chooses to be with you. In that way you have them both.

I think that the two actually go hand in hand. I have known some people that upon meeting them have thought they were absolutely beautiful. As I've gotten to know them, if they are not beautiful on the inside, then I seriously begin to see them as ugly...physically. This has happened the other way around as well.

I guess it's human nature to look at physical appearance at first until we get to know the person! But beautiful mind is far more important in a relationship, unless the person just want someone to show off. A beautiful mind is the best I can get I can compromise to some limit on face beauty. Imagine you getting the most beautiful girl & you just cant cope up with her? Instead of fighting or being non-compatible, Imagine you getting someone whom you are really happy with, imagine someone who can understand you, care for you, respect you & values everything which you value & the list is endless. I say both, beautiful face and beautiful mind. I realize that nobody's perfect, but we are smart enough trying to be perfect, even not 100%. But we have to try. All i know that beautiful mind will appear the beauty. So that's mean beautiful both.

I'll go for beautiful mind. While majority said that face is somehow deceptive, I'd rather agree with them. Some beautiful ladies required a handsome guy and being handsome requires you a lot of maintenance.lol. I always want a kind-hearted and brilliant mind. First, I want to talk with them because it is a learning process. Second, those will never fade till the end of time. Third, they earn a lot of praises from other people. And yes, it oftentimes happened.

Most young humanbeing prefer beautiful mind. Because it’s part of their genetic code. But as they grow old, they will gradually find that a beautiful mind should play a more important role.

Hi, raghul77ster. I would prefer for my husband to have a beautiful mind When his mind is beautiful that makes him look handsome. I have always seen it this way when beauty does not count at all.

I think that attraction is important and I guess 40% would be nice. I actually go in for the more rugged type and not the baby face types. I am sometimes attacted to the babyface but not for long. I really like the well mannered rugged type. Oh, and the quiet type are very attractive as well.

both. if you don't love every part of them, you can never really truly love them. there will always be that thought of oh, if only this were better.

no doubt...beautiful mind is better than beautiful face.but we cannot completely avoid beautiful face when it comes to our life.if a person seems beautiful to one's eyes, then, that is ok for him.if we get a good life partner with beautiful mind, then we can find a beautiful face in them.
