We had seen a lot of news about swine flu in the recent times. We can call it a pandemic as almost all parts of the world are affected by the deadly virus. But the good news is that the disease is curable though the condition may worsen if treatment is not availed immediately after showing symptoms.
Do you take extra precautions like washing your hands before taking meals, wearing air filters, etc. to protect yourself from the infection of the deadly virus?

Since swine flu is caused by a virus, you cannot control viruses. Wearing an air filter will not help much because the virus can enter through any of the usual routes- eyes, ears, mouth. Washing hands also will not help because there is no mild germicidal which can kill viruses without corroding our skin. Only thing which needs to be done is avoiding big crowds like cinemas, markets and malls. That way it will not spread fast. I personally avoid public places and avoid distant travel at this time. If you eat well and exercise, you will not get swine flu cos your immunity will be strong. Anyway daily I see scores of people with masks on their faces. Its mass hysteria. Only people with swine flu are supposed to wear masks because their sneeze droplets contain the virus.
