Can you guys give me or list different ways of losing weight?

Great question. You may need to change lifestyle. You need to drink lots of bottled or filtered water instead of sodas. Cut down on sweets, pies, cakes, muffins, any desserts. Eat breakfast. If you skip breakfast and eat lunch, your lunch becomes fat. Exercise- do some physical activity that you enjoy at least 3 times weekly. It can be brisk walking, riding bicycle, treadmill, sports, aerobics. Cut out fried foods, instead bake, grill, steam your food. Eat vegetables and fruits.

Hello Chigchig, this is an interesting discussion, I would like to list the the matters to lost weight as much as I can, but all the points are good in the sense that are all healthy way. Good Luck! 1. Wake up early morning and have breakfast, don't think of want to skip your breakfast to lost some weight. 2. Do some regular exercise every morning. 3. Do all the house chores on your own, included sweeping the floor, mop the floors, hand wash the clothing. 4. For lunch and dinners, avoid eat too much of starch food like noddles, rice and bread. 5. Try not to take any sweet desert or snacks like chips, ice cream, jelly, chocolate, cookies and carbonate drinks. 6. Do exercise to keep fit. It can be swimming, cycling, jogging and playing badminton. I hope all these will help, happy mylotting!

drink lots and lots of water and exercise. exercise is key to losing weight. also eating the right foods and not over eating. be sure to eat fresh fruits and veggies. you can lose weight by just being active. 30 minutes a day. go for a walk, jog, run go swimming or biking or skating go to a gym you could do yoga youtube has lots of work out videos you could watch and do at home you could lift weights which will burn fat as well as build muscle dancing is a great way to burn calories. that's something i do almost daily for at least a half hour to an hour. don't try diet pills or anything like that.. it never works and if it does.. people never get the weight off because they just go back to there old life style. in order to lose weight and keep it off for life. you can't go back to your old ways. make a plan and just start changing things slowly and don't ever do something you know you won't be able to stick too. losing weight is not as hard as some people think it is. it's just about will power. i lost over 100lbs and have kept it off. just work out and eat right. just eating right isn't always enough. eating less won't make you any skinner if all your doing is still sitting on your butt lol. you might not get any bigger...but your not gonna lose weight. the biggest factor is exercise. you don't have to kill yourself though.. just start off with 15-30 minutes a day a couple times a week or daily if you can... and you should start to notice a difference. you will surely feel better heath wise.

Hi there, I have lost about 8lbs in a couple of weeks, I would recommend that you choose something that you will enjoy doing as the more you enjoy your workout the more you will do it and the more weight you will probably lose. I have been playing Basketball a lot more recently and have also been walking the long way back from town.
