if you have registered your domain name then the next thing you need to do is to find a web hosting service. if you want to pay for it then there are many of there available on the internet ...I find x10hosting a very good one as i am presently using its free web hosting service. after you register here then you can manage and create your site.

I think proboards is the most common free hosting site for forums. I like the way their forums are set up, they are very easy to navigate and post replies and new threads.

well there are a few free hosting sites for forums, you first want to look at webs.com or proboards, they use a domain name like this (ex: http://my_car.proboards.com/) but if you dislike thier domain behind it you can pay thier fee to remove it, also you might check ucoz, its a larger more efficient host but deals with more advanced sites, i would say my best advise is download phpbb from a freeware community (it is a forum builder and was used on almost all forums ive ran across) then go to ucoz.com and sign up for thier free account, it has unlimited storage and im sure the bandwidth is unlimited as well so you have storage space to add on to your site at a later time if needed, im not sure if ucoz allows a custom domain without charge (it may if you already have one but idk cause i cant afford a domain name so i use the http://mysite.ucoz.com/) and good luck, its really not too hard to build a forum i mean ive already set up around 4 to 6 of em ^^
