I am a big fan arsenal since adams era, but i am a little bit disappointed with this London's canon management decision. Start with Henry, then Adebayor.
Arsenal cant win the championship with just depends on the young player alone, they need an experienced and mature player (read: not too old though). Why dont just purchase a great star rather than buying a young one, train them a lot, and once he succeed sell it to another club. Im overly disappointed with this.

The management methods maybe are very benefit for the nationality which player are belong to ,because it make the young players grow up,but the young players 'state is not steady.so the record of the league is not very good .

Arsenal managerial reform plays an important leagues but i think managerial reform is not a good idea and arsenal is not superior and he cannot win the championship. He is in Europe and experienced talented person but his record is not good and his management benefits is for nationality.

Who says Arsenal can't win the Champions League with the current crop of players? I agree that the players are not as old as in other clubs and a few of them don't have many years of experience of top flight football. However, with dedication, hunger, focus, passion, a a little luck, Arsenal young players can put to shame those who have written off the gunners (calling the team "ever settling for the second best" or "also run"), those players can go places.
