Do you find that a laptop is easier to surf on and use then a desktop?

This might seem like a silly question. but do you find laptops easier to surf on then desktops? I've only ever used a desktop computer, and I'm just curious about whether or not a laptop is easier to use and surf on then a regular desktop or are they pretty much the same to use?

I personally like to use both.
It's nice to have a laptop for when you want to move around the house and be doing other things while using the computer. If you want to get out of the house for a while and go to a coffee shop or just sit out on your back porch a laptop is great.
I also like to be able to have a lot of viewing space on my computer. I use two monitors and do multiple things at one time on my computer quite frequently. It's also better to sit down and watch a movie at the main computer as well, nicer speakers and a bigger screen.

I enjoy surfing using laptop than desktop computer. I feel more comfortable using laptop because I can go anywhere and I can even sit in a couch while surfing. I don't have to install speakers or microphone when I'm using laptop so it's more convenient for me.

I prefer a laptop since it's easy to take with me - but if you don't need something that's very portable, then I would say a desktop is easier since you get a full keyboard, a mouse, and most of the time a bigger screen. A laptop is also good if you don't have a lot of space for a desktop ... so I guess you could say I like them both!

well, i have used a laptop, but it is not with me now, i think it had a malfunction and has stopped working since 5 years, but i definatly agree that surfing on a desktop computer is so much easier than surfing on a laptop, its easier to look at the screen of a computer and surf, its way easier on the eyes, although if you surf with a laptop then you have to keep it at an angle where you have no difficulty looking at it, otherwise you have to squint and thats uncomfortable,

Something is very peculiar about your question, being a desktop user like you do, I think I would love to surf with laptop because I could do it in any place I want and in any position I could imagine possible. But I think laptop would have a hard time keeping up with me, cause I'm practically in it all day(even night). So, as much as I want to, me desktop still, but I wont mind If I have a lapy too.

Hey there apples99
I wouldn't say there was a lot in to be honest. I use a laptop and sometimes I lose myself as I use the the touchpad but I could use a mouse if I wanted. I find it a pain using a mouse though because I have to keep picking it up and taking it with me where ever I plug the laptop in so I don't bother using one but the touchpad can be fiddley at times especially when playing games online!! haha
