Hey friends, Iam sure like me, you all have must laughed and shared jokes with your friends here in mylot. But yesterday for the very first time I was going through one of my discussion and a friend of mine got me very emotional. I couldn’t stop tears rolling down from my eyes and I felt the pain, which my friend must be going through. Its indeed very strange as we are miles away from each other and still we got so connected that I could actually feel the pain which my friend must be going through. Also few things are not going right in my life and iam sure that had an effect on me as well. So friends have u ever cried or got that emotional while mylotting. Please share your views. Cheers, Tutul

hi tutu yes I did cry for this mylotter a year ago for her discussion really got to me. She had three children all under'ten and her husband had been verbally abusing her.then lately he had started'to push her around and once he broke her jaw.she wanted'out but was afraid to leave him. we all encouraged her to seek a womens'shelter for her and the kids. she finally got up her'courage and she left him and took the kids with her.She found that her'grandparents wanted to help her so at last she was free' from him. but she had agonized and agonized over leaving him and I'found myself crying for her.

Hi hatley, That sounds appalling. Thankfully my friend's problem is somewhat different and I wish her all the good luck. Its amazing to notice that how we get connected to each other even without seeing the person. I think that’s what we call humanity. Very sad to hear about your friend, Iam sure u did your best to give her all the moral support. I wish all the best to you and your friend. Cheers, Tutul

I remember her, Hatley, I lost a lot of sleep worrying about her too! I remember how scared I was for her when she said she went back home to pick up some of her things and discovered he'd basically booby trapped the house by putting Vaseline or something on the doorknobs so she'd have trouble escaping if he happened to show up while she was there and that he'd been saying all kinds of weird "god" stuff. I was so scared for her! I know sometime after she left she started making happy posts and that warmed my heart.

Hey Angry, Its a shame that such kind of a man also exists in this world. Here in India we have an organization which runs on charity for women and kids who are victims of domestic voilence. I always donate something from whatever i earn and love to help them in what ever way i can. It gives me so much satisfaction that i cannot explain it in words. I wish to do more for them in the future. Cheers, Tutul

Yes, I have read things that amde me cry here, either because I was so moved by someone's kindness or because I could feel their pain. I've also had friends cry WITH me when I shared rough times here with my friends. There are a lot of people I care very deeply for here, and also some folks I don't even know who share such tragic stories that you'd have to be made of stone not to feel for them.

Hi Tutul i spend very less time on mylot compared to others. i have not come through that type of discussion which can make me cry but by reading your discussion i felt something in my heart. From this discussion i came to know that strong body tutul have very soft heart. Your descrption made me somewhat emotional first time. Thanks for that clear discussion. When you are closer to me and pour your emotions in writing with me then it is but obvious for me to cry on your story. But tutul is very strong i think so. have a nice day!!

I haven't cried reading anything on myLot as I have only been here for a few days and I haven't come upon anything of a sad nature. However of some other forums I read really sad things. Unfortunately we live in a cruel world and we cannot stop most things that take place.

I have gotten to know alot of people online and have cried a lot of tears, I haven't come across that yet here on mylot but I expect it, and when it happens, I'll make sure I have myself a good cry! (I think sometimes it's good for us to cry) Even though your friend is miles away, they are still your friend, no matter what. Does this friend of yours know that you care?
