Severe Abdominal Pain in a young girl after hug

A yuong girl 16years reported to hospital with severe abdominal pain after a hug. What could be the cause?

Maybe she has a pancreatic disease, that can cause severe pain on her stomach or maybe an ulcer or appendicitis. In my case i have ulcer which i got from drinking softdrinks without eating meals or skippping my meals. It caused me money Gee!
