I think I come up with a different answer every time on this one because both would be so horrible. I think I would rather lose my hearing though.

I would much rather lose my hearing than my sight because if you lose you hearing atleast you can read lips or sign language. Sight is a beautiful thing and if you lose that, theres no other way around it.

If I had a choise of wether I lose my hearingor my sight I do believe I would chose the hearing. I would hate to give up reading and seeing sunset and seeing babies smiling. For me it would be keeping my sight every time.

i'd rather lose my hearing than my sight. it's hard to live when you're blind, there's so much task that you can't do when you're blind but if you lose your sense of hearing you can pretend that you're not deaf at all, what about that?!

I would be so bored if i lost my sight... Couldn't use the internet, or watch tv :S ... and couldn't look at girls, and it would be hard to do anything! Cook, shop, dress well, it would all be so hard!
But then again, i love music, its a big part of my life, and i make music myself! But i guess i would choose to give up that, and loose my hearing if i really had to choose!

I almost lost my sight,it was a lousy feeling.I think it would be easier to live without hearing, but I'd HATE to lose either.

I would reather loose my hearing. Because if I were blind, I would not be able to see my children graduate, marry, or even know who my grandchildren look like.
I would miss so much! I love art! I love reading. I know I could learn to read braille but it would take me time to learn and I think I would be more frusrtrated trying to learn.
Sign language I have already started to tackle when my son was not hearing before he had surgery. So, I do not think I would have too much of a problems learning sign lanuage.
And lets not forget. One would no longer be able to type or surf the web if one was blind. Hearing! Definitely!
