You can go back again with full active with
yourself.Being sleep on that little time
can again recharge our full energy.
Do you like to do this once in awhile
Can remake your facial beauty back

A short nap is very good for helping digestion, and recovering your energy, for the rest of the day. Even in office, you can close your eyes and lean on something to have a few minutes rest.
To control weight, I do not allow myself to nap for too long. Sleep or nap too long easily add weight.

I don't really have a afternoon nap very often. There are exceptions, such as I'm sick, or overworking, or something like that. It's not the sort of thing that I do on a very regular basis. My dad does a lot more regularly than I do, but that's just him.

I take afternoon naps too, about 30 minutes from 1pm to 1:30. I find that it really refreshes me, and so I nap regularly. Nothing like a nap to get you energized for another afternoon of work!

i hate afternoon nap becoz, when i sleep in the afternoon, i do not want to get up even in the evening and so in night .
So i sleep the whole night continuing from afternoon onwards. its for me a long nap.
and if by chance i do wake up in the evening after the nap, the whole night i wake up . so there is an imbalance in my daily routine.

Yes, I enjoy having an afternoon nap. Sometimes I don't even have to sleep, just lay down in a quiet dark room and rest and half hour later I feel refreshed. But I like to sleep during a nap too. I love napping!

I have it from a very reliable source that a power nap can help recharge the batteries and improve your IQ.
I live in Spain and the "siesta" is still regarded as a need rather than a want. Since moving over here I have taken that tradition and made it my own. I work so much better in the afternoons now that I take my "power nap."
So yes, I agree, quick afternoon naps can do us the world of good.

yep I do! In the afternoons I try to get a 20 minute "power nap." If I can just doze off for a minute I feel rejuvinated and ready to go again! It only takes me about 20 minutes in all! then I am ready to go again!

I can't help but have one most days as I am narcoleptic. It definitely helps though if I can take some short naps in the day, to stop me falling asleep unexpectedly.
but almost everyone has a slump early afternoon so I think the siesta idea is great and would make people more productive at work.
