I actually have note pad and i jot down ideas in it to start discussion of course. I think it is a great way to remember what discussions you want to start, so you don't forget them. Its a lot easier then trying to remember something you thought about the day before, so writing things down are a lot easier for me then I'm not just sitting around thinking about what i was thinking the day before or a couple of hours before i could get to the computer to start the discussion.
