Co-washing my hair

Hello,
Since two weeks I'm using conditioner only to wash my hair. I have curls and my hair shines more and I have less fizz. So this is working fine for me. Does anybody else also avoid SLS in their hair? And use just conditioner to wash her/his hair? And does it work for you?

I sometimes do that my hair is somewhat curly as well. But after a while you get a build up and it drives me crazy. I have to shampoo to get all the build up out. I've tried doing it with different shampoos but it still does it.
