This person is ATTACKING MYLOT !

I wouldn't even worry about it. The posting is three years old so who cares now? Everyone is entitled to their opinion I guess. They probably were booted off for one reason or another and are holding a grudge, or think the money is a joke. No matter, I'm only here to make friends and a little pocket change.

I think this person made article like this in his blog is for traffic. He know this kind of article would load more traffic visitor because their visitor can not wait to leave opinion at his blog. I am thinking why is he ain't response to any comments then it would load more..

I think he has a right to his opinion. It's his loss, though. At first I came to mylot looking for extra earnings but then started having fun. I don't think it's much different than yahoo answers, you don't get paid there and there are plenty of people giving and getting advice and reading posts and having fun, same as we are here. The only thing that I ever got from yahoo was a deleted yahoo account that took all kinds of emails and begging to have my mail and IM accounts back. Mylot hasn't taken anything away from me ever, and I've actually gotten paid for my time.

The guy is clearly disgruntled over his own experience. He probably went into it thinking that he was going to have the best pay here and when that didn't happen he flew off the handle. People like that look for it to be an opportunity to make uber amounts of cash in a short amount of time...which sets them up for disappointment. once they are disappointed about something they want to rally people to their side and cause a big ruckus and call foul and scam. Its sad really because these people that rant an rave about things just want to be noticed and raised on a pedestal...and there's really nothing to raise there.

What I can say is that that person might be someone who might have been banned by myLot & hence might be angry against the site & hence posting all these. However I think rather than we saying something(which makes no point) let them do what they want & we will have our time here as long having fun as we trust the site.

I went to that website and though I am new to mylot, it didn't bother me a bit or made me angry, Everybody is entitled to voice out their opinion and beliefs. Since mylot is more credible that this guy's blog, I suggest you let it be and besides a lot of co-mylotters had already answered him back way back 3 years ago. Since then no updated post so its just history now and mylot still stands and getting more members. Thanks anyway for this information. Have a nice mylotting day!

No worries mylot is surely not affected , it is still growing strong giving me referrals that is worth mine effort yea . Hope that i could continue to grow with mylot yea .

I think most people are scared of online sites that claim to pay you for something as simple as socializing. It's true- there are a lot of scam sites out there. People can write whatever they want on a blog, so I wouldn't worry about it too much!

hii...i think its better to let the dog bark...he has made such a post only increase the visitors to his site...and we will be supporting it if we visit it or comment it...just leave it...

just don't bother about them.there is always somebody trying to damage the good reputation of somebody.it's just a kind of sadistic happiness for them. anyway, happy mylotting.

all i can say is its an old posts... and its their lose not ours. he just dont see the whole point so i guess he just barks out loud and making money too out of it. so sad! but a good fortune for us. i make peenies here but its worth it. all my time is paid off. and all i can say, MYLOT totally rocks!!! which makes his brain explode in different places. lol! what is important is that we are here and he is out there somewhere and no where to be found. jhelai

I don't think that its much to worry about, it was so long ago and I'm sure that the people that read the blog, may have given it a shot and seen it to not be a scam. I mean and obviously mylot it not a scam as we can all see. And so obviously this person has not even given mylot a try just by one discussion and is already putting down the site. There would be no need to post on there that mylot is not a scam. I would truely laugh if that person who posted the blog is now posting on mylot and finding out that it truely a legit site. It would be nice to know who that person is and say, well well, I thought mylot was a scam and now I find you here and posting. So I guess its not much of a scam after all. But seriously I wouldn't doubt that that person is now posting and earning on mylot at this very moment.

I think that person who write that article is hungry in public and to get the attention of the myLot users but then we should ignore him and beside there are lots of comment defending that myLot is making payouts to their members... Keep up the good work guys...

I am shocked that is the only one that you have found. I have found over 100 place's where Mylot has been called a scam. It does make you wonder why so many people think it's a scam. I suppose they all have there reason's. In fact I know a man that isn't to happy about Mylot because he was suspended for no reason, he only made one reply, and the person whom's discussion he replied to thought he was someone else and had his account suspended. Now to me that isn't right at all. But I guess by the sound of it after reading that and knowing what I do from my friend, the admin doesn't really look at what people have written when they suspend them. They just do it, and to me that isn't right. I guess that mean's if someone doesn't like us, we can be suspended or banned for no reason.

Mylot is not one of those quick get rich scheme sites. You have to earn the amount that will paid out as an active member sharing your insights here on the site. I have not been paid from mylot and I have been a member since 2007. The site is not to blame because I have not been as active as I am now. If you are very active and can give quality posts, you can earn here in mylot. In half a months' posting I have reached the $5 mark and with that I have been cheated by a task creator who did not pay me for two tasks I completed. It depends on what you are looking for in this site. I don't come here for the earnings, the earnings come in second. I love to read and give my thoughts on those issues that I feel I can give my opinions on.

If you really look for it, you can find a negative post about every single prominent site on the Internet. I think the important thing is that most people's myLot experiences are very positive. You can try to argue with the negative blogger, but maybe the better thing we can do is post our thoughts about myLot on our own blogs.

From my experience, mylot is an honest site, which executes what it promises, and is trying to improve and offer more opportunities for its users. I was on another site, which freely regulate its user account, seemingly out of payment challenges, as the account regulation is imposed on all members.

I have had a quick look at the blog. To me it was a person who had not made it to payout and didn't have the patience to reach payout. For us that have got paid, we know that mylot is not a scam. I have been very happy with mylot and will always continue to come here. Even after encountering a problem which saw my first account suspended due to a bug. The staff at mylot was very helpful. They listened to what I wanted to do. Acted upon my requests and all issues were resolved. It makes me proud to be a member of mylot. I acknowledge the great work that mylot staff do. Mylot is not a scam. And I am proud to be a mylotter.

I agree. It's all about the age of the site. And a lot of people were defending it in the comments anyway. I think that person did it for two reasons: one they needed a reason to post a blog and two: they came here looking for a get rich quick. LOL.

I think the person you are referring might got banned from mylot for exceeding its TOS many times and he cannot get back to mylot again and whenever he is hearing people sying about mylot i think he kinda got frustrated and he is using all that he can to whack mylot but I think we need not prove him that mylot is legit.Everybody here knows that mylot is legit and we enjoy it here.Even if you try to defend mylot that person starts attacking you.Its better to keep quiet with some people and by your saying i think he is that kinda person. SO take it easy and go on because we know what the truth is....
