Do you go to lengths for the sake of adding to or completing a collection?

I collect a lot of things, and although I don't exactly try to complete a collection or series, I would always go the extra mile to get the ones I like. Some years ago, Meiji released a series of birthday bears that went with YanYan (biscuit sticks with chocolate/strawberry/vanilla dip) and although I didn't collect all of them, I went to the grocery frequently to pick out the cute ones and buy them. I only ended up getting 27 (26 now, as I gave one to a friend who was also collecting), but of course I also had to eat the YanYan I bought. I actually forced some of the YanYan on my brother and gave some to my friends. Nowadays though, I feel like throwing up when I smell the strawberry dip. I certainly hope they don't bring this back soon.

That's good then. As for me, I am addicted to cute stuff, and they are not always useful...
thanks for the response!
