Most sites that pay instantly, or claim to do so, are scams. I agree you can make $1 fast, but not instantly. There are tasks online that will pay you $1,50 if you write 4 quality paragraphs on the topic provided. It's not instant, but if you are a good writer you can surely earn it in an hour.
